Steps
1. Add soda, salt and yeast to the flour and form a smooth dough. After one hour, divide the fermented dough into small portions of about 70g each and roll them out.
2. Mince the meat, dice the shiitake mushrooms, carrots, dried bamboo shoots, and seaweed. All put into a pot, add all kinds of seasoning, season to taste. Marinate for a while.
3. Take a pastry and wrap it in the meat mixture.
4. Close the mouth and pinch tightly.
5. Slightly flatten, brush with a little water, then sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds and pat a few times.
6. All done into the baking dish.
7. Preheat the oven to 230℃ and bake for 25 minutes. If you like crispy, you can bake for a while longer.
