2. shred the white radish.

4. Heat the oil in the pot, stir-fry the onion and ginger.
5. Add shredded radish and stir fry until soft.
6. Add water and join fans in due course. (Note, if fans are familiar with it, they can put it back. )
7. Add the mutton slices and cook them, skim off the floating foam with a spoon, add a little stir-fry and stew, add the right amount of pepper and salt, add the parsley section to taste, and serve.
