One large sweet potato
150g glutinous rice flour
Adequate amount of cooked sesame seeds
Adequate amount of white sugar

1. Wash, peel and steam the sweet potatoes.
2. Crush half of it with a spoon and set aside. If you like sweetness, you can add an appropriate amount of sugar according to your preference. I added about 15g.
3. Crush the other half and pour in the glutinous rice flour. I put five or six pieces of sweet potato with about 150g of glutinous rice flour. If there is no bottom, you can add it slowly until the flour pieces can stick together. So far. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
4. Knead the sweet potatoes into balls the size of ordinary glutinous rice balls and set aside.
5. Take the sweet potato and glutinous rice flour dough and roll it into dough of similar size.
6. Knead the dough into thin slices, take the sweet potato dough and wrap it in it. The wrapping method can be similar to that of making steamed buns.
7. Put the wrapped sweet potato dough into the steamer, steam over high heat for 5 minutes, then boil over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
8. Before turning the sweet potato pancakes into the cooked sesame seeds while they are still hot, dip them evenly in the sesame seeds and put them into the cupcake paper cups.
