The method of cooking wontons is as follows:
Tools/materials: pot, spatula, water, salt, wontons.
1. Add half of the pot of water to the pot, turn on the heat, cover the lid and bring the water to a boil.
2. After the water boils, add 1-2 tablespoons of salt and stir evenly with a spatula.
3. Then add the freshly wrapped wontons, and use a spatula while adding them. Use the spatula to cut across the bottom of the pot to prevent the wonton skin from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Be sure to keep frying. end.
4. Until all the wontons have been placed, score the bottom twice, cover the lid, and cook over high heat. Watch the fire to prevent the water in the pot from overflowing.
5. After 3-5 minutes, pour half a bowl of cold water into the pot, stir it a few times with a spatula, and continue to cook with the lid on.
6. After the water in the pot boils again, cook for another two minutes. If you are afraid that they are not cooked well, you can fish out a few and try them first. If you think the skin is tough, you can cook them for a while. Then cover the lid and let it simmer for a while. If you like to eat something softer, you must simmer it for a while.
