How to do it
1. Soak the peach curd for 4-12 hours. Soak the small, finely chopped pieces for about 4 hours, and the large, whole pieces for longer. Whether it's large or small, soak it until it's thoroughly soaked and there are no hard lumps when you pinch it. (Don't forget to change the water during the soaking period.)
2. Pick out the impurities in the soaked peach shells. To be patient Oh ~
3. Pick the impurities of the peach gelatin and then rinse with water and then soak for five minutes, and then rinse, and then filter the water with a sieve, to be used!
4. At this point, a large pot of water, and so the water boiled, eyeballing the amount of water need to be added to the electric crockpot where to reach the original pot of one-third of the place (thought the original pot into the electric crockpot will have the volume of the time the water level will rise). Put the peach gelatin into the original pot. Pour in the right amount of boiling water.
5. Wash the peel and red dates and drain. Each red date should be cut into 5 petals with scissors, and point out the core. And put the red dates into the original cup, and the peel in the last 30 minutes of the electric stewpot display. Then put the appropriate amount of rock sugar also put in ha!
6. Put the original cup into the electric stew pot, set the time to 2 hours. When there are only 30 minutes left, put the peel in and continue to stew. After stewing, don't rush to lift the lid, let it smother for 10 minutes and then you can take it out and eat it!
