On Sunday, by the time I woke up, my dad and mom had already left for work. They left me a bowl of thin rice on the table. When I looked at it, there was no dish that I liked to eat. So I had a sudden thought: why don't I scramble an egg for myself! I usually see my mom scrambled eggs.

I first brought the eggs from the refrigerator, beat them into a bowl, and then stirred. The next step is to turn on the gas. Then turn on the fire, and then pour the oil. I just reached down, the oil almost splashed me all over. Next, pour the prepared eggs into the pan and keep stirring. And I had to take several steps back with each turn, for fear of being burned by the splashing oil. I turned for a long time until the eggs were almost burnt before serving them in a bowl.

Eating my own eggs, even though I forgot to put in salt, tasted so good!
