This standard applies to full-fat, skimmed, partially skimmed milk powder and blended milk powder.

This standard replaces some indicators in GB 19644-2005 Hygienic Standard for Milk Powder and GB/T 54/KLOC-0-2008 Milk Powder (Milk Powder), which are involved in GB/T 54 10-2008 Milk Powder (Milk Powder). This standard corresponds to Codex Stan 207-1999 Codex Standard for Milk of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC).
