1, white wine
Liquor, also known as shochu, tempting, burning knife, etc. , commonly known as liquor after liberation. The wine is colorless (or yellowish) transparent, pure in aroma, sweet and clean in mouth and high in alcohol content. After storage and aging, it has a compound aroma with esters as the main body. Generally speaking, it refers to all kinds of wines brewed by steaming, saccharifying, fermenting, distilling, aging and blending with distiller's yeast and distiller's yeast as saccharifying starter and starch (sugar) as raw materials.
2. beer
Beer was introduced to China in the early 20th century, and it is an exotic product. Beer is a low-alcohol wine full of carbon dioxide, which is made from barley malt, hops and water by yeast fermentation. It is called "liquid bread". Beer is divided into bottom fermented beer and top fermented beer according to fermentation technology. Bottom fermented beer includes dark beer, dry beer, light beer, cellar beer and Munich beer, while top fermented beer includes light beer, bitter beer, rye beer and Scottish light beer.
3. Red wine
Red wine is the general name of wine, not necessarily red wine. There are many ways to classify red wine. The output of yellow rice wine only accounts for 4% of the total beverage wine in China, and has been hovering around 6,543.8+0.3 million tons, while Shaoxing yellow rice wine basically maintains around 250,000 tons, accounting for about 20% of the yellow rice wine industry.
5. Fruit wine
Fruit wine is a kind of wine which is fermented into alcohol by yeast with the sugar of fruit itself, which contains the flavor and alcohol of fruit, so folk families often brew some fruit wine to drink, such as plum wine, cider, orange juice wine, plum wine and so on. Because there are some wild yeast and some sucrose on the peel of these fruits, some fermentation can be carried out without adding extra yeast, but the traditional folk brewing methods often take a long time and are easy to be polluted, so adding some active yeast is an ideal method to brew fruit wine quickly.
