After the blue crab is killed, use a brush to clean the mud and moss attached to the surface of the crab shell.

Put them upside down in a slightly deeper soup plate, sprinkle with shredded ginger, pour some cooking wine, boil the water in a steamer, and steam for 8 to 10 minutes with high fire.

Since the blue crab lives in the sea, it is salty in itself, so there is no need to put salt. However, ginger is indispensable, preferably old ginger and blue crab chill, which must be neutralized with ginger. Also, the blue crab can't be steamed for too long, and the meat will shrink after steaming for a long time.

Special tips
Blue crabs should not be eaten with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, honey, oranges, pears, pomegranates, tomatoes, cantaloupes, peanuts, snails, celery, persimmons, rabbit meat and Schizonepeta tenuifolia. Eating cold drinks that blue crabs can't drink can lead to diarrhea. Do not eat with tea. Do not drink tea water when eating crabs and within 1 hour after eating crabs.
