Ingredients:
Noodles180g, Chinese cabbage120g, pork 60g, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of soy sauce,
Appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and chopped green onion.
Steps:
Boil the water in the pot, add the noodles and spread them with chopsticks. After cooking, remove the cold water for later use.
Wash and shred cabbage, slice pork and chop chopped green onion.
Put the right amount of oil in the pot and heat it to 50%. Add chopped green onion and saute.
Add the sliced meat and stir-fry to change color.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

Tips
I use a lot of pork fat, so I cut it into pieces. If I use lean meat, I will shred it.
It is best to use handmade noodles for noodles, and the fried noodles will taste a little worse.
