Peel and wash.
Step 3: Cut into pieces about one centimeter thick and steam in a steamer for about ten minutes. Don't steam for too long, just boil it.
Step 4: After the sweet potato is steamed, uncover the pot cover, let the sweet potato cool completely, take it out and put it on a clean dustpan or drying net. Be sure to cool thoroughly before taking it out, otherwise it will rot easily. Turn the sweet potato once in a while during drying.
Step 5 If the sun is sunny, after a day of sun exposure, the sweet potato skin becomes dry and tough, and this state can be cut into strips.
Step 6: Cut the sweet potato into even strips. If it is easy to break when cutting, you can wait until the sweet potato is slightly dry before cutting.
The seventh step is to evenly put the cut sweet potato strips in the dustpan, which will dry in almost two days. Remember to turn it over halfway.
Step 8: Dry the water until 70% to 80% dry, and it tastes tender, smooth and chewy. It can be stored in a sealed bag and carried with you. You can also add it when cooking, and it's delicious.
