500g of raw chestnuts, 30g of sugar, 10ML of vegetable oil, 20g of water.
How to do
01
Wash and dry the chestnuts, use scissors to cut a knife on each chestnut;
02
Put the cut chestnuts into a container, pour in 10ML of vegetable oil, and use chopsticks to stir the chestnuts, so that the surface of each chestnut is coated with a layer of vegetable oil;
03
Lay out a baking sheet with a layer of vegetable oil. >Place a layer of tinfoil on a baking sheet, lay the chestnuts flat on the baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 30 minutes;
04
Meanwhile, mix the sugar with the water and stir the water so that the sugar dissolves in the water and becomes sugar water! (You can also directly heat the water to about 80 degrees Celsius, and then put the sugar in to dissolve it!)
05
Take out the chestnuts after 30 minutes of roasting, and brush the surface of the chestnuts evenly with sugar water;
06
Brush the chestnuts with sugar water and continue to put them into the oven, and roast them for another 5-8 minutes, and then the roasted chestnuts will be out of the oven!
