Ingredients: 2 potatoes and appropriate amount of chicken.
Accessories: cooking wine 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, light soy sauce, white sugar 1 spoon, half bowl of water, scallion, salt, edible oil, three slices of ginger, garlic and steamed fish sauce 1 spoon.
