Steps
1. Ingredients: Hidatsudon mushrooms and pork chops.
2. Soak the mushrooms in water for 15 minutes, rinse, drain and set aside.
3. Soak the pork chops in water for 30 minutes to remove the blood, blanch them and wash them again.
4. Put into the cooking pot, add enough water at once.
5. Uncover and add the mushrooms.
6. Cover the pot with a lid, bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 3 minutes.
7. Turn down the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
8. Uncover and season with salt.
9. Remove from heat and serve.
Tips
Shitake mushrooms can be soaked in water to remove impurities.
