The practice is as follows:
1. Cut Spanish mackerel into small pieces, put them in a basin, add salt, cooking wine and onion ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.

1. Four Spanish mackerel, or more, eviscerated and cleaned, and marinated with tomato sauce and a little salt cooking wine, onion and ginger.
2. Prepare small ingredients: tomato sauce, aniseed, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic.
3. Fry salted Spanish mackerel in hot oil until golden brown.
