(1) Put the boiled pearls into the finished cup for later use.
(2) Add creamer powder and special base black tea for milk tea into a snow cup, and stir with a stirring rod to melt.
(3) Add ice cubes into the stone cup in Exercise 2 until it is full.
(4) Add fructose into the shake cup of the third method, cover it and shake well.
(5) Pour the shaken milk tea into the finished cup filled with pearls.
2. The practice of pearls:
(1) Prepare 100g cassava flour, 40g brown sugar and 65g hot water. Heat the brown sugar in a pot until it is cooked.
(2) After boiling, pour the black sugar water into the cassava powder, and repeatedly stir it into a paste.
(3) After stirring into a paste, put it on the table and cut it into blocks in turn.
(4) Knead the dough into a ball, sprinkle some cassava flour, and put it in a box for cold storage for 2-3 months.
(5) Put the pearls into the pot, stir them repeatedly to avoid sticking to the pot, and wait slowly until all the pearls float on the water.
(6) After floating, cover the lid and continue stewing for 15 minutes, and the time is up.
