Practice
1) pot of boiling water pork ribs flying water, fish out and wash and drain, standby.
2) winter melon washed, peeled, pith cut into pieces, enoki mushrooms washed, scallop soften, tear a trace of a trace of spare.
3) soup pot with water, boil and add pork ribs, turn on low heat, simmer for about one and a half hours.
4) Add goji berries and cook for 10 minutes, adding the scallop shreds as well.
5) Season with salt and chicken essence.
6) Put the enoki mushrooms and winter melon pieces in and simmer for another half hour or so or until the melon is soft.
