Stir-fried cauliflower with bacon is delicious in summer.
Ingredients: half cauliflower, 100 grams of bacon.
Accessories: appropriate amount of salad oil, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spicy millet, a little salt, 2 garlic cloves, 2 grams of chicken essence.
1. Wash the bacon and cut into thin slices, tear the cauliflower into small florets, peel and slice the garlic, remove the seeds from the spicy millet and cut into small pieces, wash and cut the green garlic leaves into small pieces.
