Practice Steps
1: Prepare chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic, and pour them into a hot wok to stir-fry, then set aside.
2, the processed grass carp cut into pieces, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp black bean sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp peanut oil and fried minced green onion, ginger and garlic, scrub and mix well, marinate for 10 minutes.
