According to the official website of the Plant Book, the crabapple orchid blooms twice a year. Crabapple orchids bloom roughly from September through April, a period of time during which they are likely to bloom. The first bloom usually occurs around April in the spring, while the second bloom occurs three to four months after the first bloom, around October in the fall.
In order for crabapple orchids to bloom more, you need to provide plenty of light, keep the temperature above 15°C, and apply more phosphorus and potassium fertilizers during the gestation period.
