The method and dosage of Wuhong Decoction are as follows:
Tools/materials: 15g of red dates, 15g of peanuts, 5g of medlar, 15g of red beans, 5g of brown sugar, rice cookers and clear water.
1. Red beans, peanuts and red dates are prepared at a ratio of 1:1:1, with 5g of Lycium barbarum and 5g of brown sugar.
2. Wash red beans, red peanuts and red dates, add appropriate amount of water, and cook the soup in a rice cooker for two hours.
3. In the last five minutes, pour the washed Lycium barbarum and brown sugar.
4. Continue heating for five minutes.
5. A bowl of sweet and fluffy wuhong soup is ready.
