How to make Cordyceps Flower Tofu Soup

Cut lean meat into shreds and use sweet potato starch, cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce , oyster sauce, pepper and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut the tofu into small strips 1 cm wide and 4 cm long on the plate.
