Ingredients
120 grams of shrimp, 150 grams of lettuce, a few bean sprouts, 20 grams of French croutons, 200 kilo of stock, 2 tablespoons of ginger vinegar
Method
1. Take a pot and put the stock in it and bring it to a boil, then add the shrimps and blanch them over low heat until cooked and remove them; bake the French croutons in the oven until they are slightly browned and set aside.
2. Wash the lettuce, drain the water, slice it and set aside.
3. In the last bowl, put the lettuce slices first, then the shrimp from step 1, sprinkle with toasted French croutons, adzuki bean sprouts, and finally pour the ginger vinegar sauce.
