The practice of coconut milk pudding (baking-free)
Soak gelatin tablets in cold water for about five minutes.
Pour coconut milk, coconut milk, milk and white sugar into the pot and heat until the sugar melts (I only use 7 grams of white sugar here because coconut milk itself is sweet, which I personally think is sweet enough. You can add more if you like)
Drain the soaked gelatin, then add step 2 and heat until gelatin melts.
After the gelatin melts, you can leave the fire and wait until it is a little cooler before pouring it into the pudding cup (this recipe can make three pudding cups eight full and double it if there are many people)
Pour it into a pudding cup and put it in the refrigerator. You can eat it in four hours.
