Take out the frozen king crab and thaw it naturally, you can take it under running water but not soak it in water.
With rubber gloves, break off the legs, brush the surface with a small brush under running water, cut from the joints, and then cut each section from both sides to remove the upper part of the shell, as shown in the picture below.
This step is the most time-consuming, and is best done sitting down. Be sure to bring a pair of good-sized gloves, disposable latex gloves are best, disposable plastic gloves are not recommended.
Line a baking sheet with tinfoil, pack up all the crab legs and bodies, place them on kitchen paper to absorb the water, and then place them into the baking sheet neatly.
Recommend this brand of steak seasoning, used to grill seafood as good as the flavor. Brush the crab pieces with a thin layer of oil and sprinkle with the steak seasoning to marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven. 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 20 minutes on medium.
