Ingredients: oil (5 tbsp), salt (1 tbsp), white sugar (1 5 tbsp), cornmeal (1tbsp).
Seasoning: snail powder (264g), canned tuna (1 box), pure milk (1 bag, 243ml), onion (half), garlic (4 petals) and coriander (1 tree).
1 garlic peeled and sliced; Wash onions and cut into rings; Open the lid of the can, take out the tuna, pat it loose with a knife and put it in a bowl. Keep the canned juice for later use.
2 Boil half a pot of water, add 1/2 tablespoons of salt, stir well, pour the screw powder, cover the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes, and drain the water.
Rinse the snail powder with cold water and cross the cold river to make it taste smooth.
Heat a pot, add 5 tbsp oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant, pour in tuna pieces and stir-fry for 1 min, then pour in some canned juice and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
5. Pour all the pure milk, sprinkle 1/5 tablespoons of white sugar, 1/4 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of raw flour, stir-fry and boil, then pour the cooked snail powder into the pot, stir-fry for 2 minutes, and then serve.
