As the saying goes, tea should be new and wine should be old. However, there are some differences between ancient and modern new tea. In the past, the traffic was underdeveloped, and the new green tea was well done. I can't get to the tea Hakka in ten days and a half. But the transportation is convenient and the logistics speed is fast, so you can drink the green tea made that day. In fact, this new tea is not suitable for drinking. There is intense cold and heat in it, which is not good for your health. Today we will share some knowledge about green tea!
New tea will stimulate gastric mucosa and cause gastrointestinal discomfort. In addition, drinking tea should be combined with your own physique. People with cold stomach often have white greasy tongue coating, cold hands and feet, and are afraid of cold. People of this constitution should not drink more green tea, but drink black tea in moderation. If such people drink a lot of green tea, it may aggravate the original gastritis and gastric ulcer.
From a nutritional point of view, the freshest nutrients are not necessarily the best. Spring tea has just been processed, and polyphenols, alcohols and aldehydes have not been completely oxidized, which has a great stimulus to the gastrointestinal tract. If you drink a lot of new tea, you may have adverse reactions such as diarrhea and bloating. The life experience of tea farmers can give us some enlightenment. Generally, after new tea is brewed, it usually takes about half a month to finish. In this way, drinking tea will not strongly stimulate the stomach, and the aroma and taste of tea will be more mellow. In fact, putting it for a period of time will further oxidize phenols and alcohols in tea.

3. Tea-water ratio: generally 1: 50, i.e. 1 g of tea, 50ml of water, 200ml of common glass, i.e. only 3g of tea.
4. Cooking time: the first bubble only needs to be soaked for about 30s to 60s; When the remaining 1/3 tea soup is added with water, the second soaking time is slightly prolonged, soaking for 40 s-90 s; After that, the time is extended according to the concentration of tea soup.

Experts advise not to be greedy when drinking spring tea. Normal people, especially middle-aged and elderly people, should drink 4-5 cups a day, and tea should be light. In addition, five time periods are better than drinking tea: 1. Don't drink tea on an empty stomach, otherwise it will hurt the spleen and stomach because of the cold green tea, and it is easy to get drunk;
2. It is not advisable to drink tea before meals, because drinking tea before meals will dilute gastric acid and affect the absorption function of digestive organs;
It is not advisable to drink tea immediately after meals. Tannic acid in tea will condense with protein and iron in food, which will affect the absorption of protein and iron.
It is not advisable to drink tea and take medicine. Tannic acid in tea will combine with many drugs to produce precipitation, which will affect the efficacy.
