2. Wash the day lily and fungus, cut the day lily into sections, tear the fungus into small pieces, chop the onion, shred the ginger and shred the pork.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and pepper to the shredded pork and mix well. Finally, sprinkle with starch and marinate by hand 15 minutes.
4. Pour the oil into the pot, add the minced onion and ginger, stir-fry the shredded pork until it becomes discolored, add a few drops of cooking wine, then add the soy sauce and stir the soy sauce evenly.
5. Pour in the day lily and continue to stir fry until the day lily becomes soft.
