Weight loss recipes ① Steps of oatmeal, milk and corn porridge.
Take a proper amount of corn residue (which is sold in supermarkets). I make it for one person, about 40ml.
2.? After washing, put it into the rice cooker, hit the porridge soup stall, and cook for about 20 minutes. If you want to dilute it, you can add more water.
3.? Open the rice cooker and taste it. If the corn residue is almost soft, add oatmeal. Here I use Quaker's instant oatmeal, which is also added with about 40ml.
4.? After boiling for about five minutes, pour in the milk. Here I add milk powder. In fact, adding fresh milk is the best.
5.? Pour in the milk and stir well (add some sugar if you like sweet food). Cover the lid and wait for five minutes to eat.
6.? The delicious oatmeal, milk and cry~ porridge is ready, and it is delicious with whole wheat bread.
