Steamed Lotus Roots
Ingredients: Lotus Roots, Green and Red Chili Peppers, Green Onions and Garlic
How to do it:
1, Wash Lotus Roots, remove skin and cut thin slices, blanch for two minutes in a pot of cold water, drain and set aside
2, heat oil in a pot and put in green onions and garlic, stir fry Lotus Roots, add a pinch of salt, chicken essence, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, and put in the green and red chili peppers, and stir fry, sprinkle with green onions before leaving the pot, and stir fry evenly.
