Eggs, salt, soy sauce.
1. Wash the eggs.
2. Pour cold water into the pot, add a little salt, and cook the eggs.
3. Pour the hard-boiled eggs in cold water, knock both ends on the table and roll them, and the eggshells will peel off easily.
4. Add soy sauce to the shelled eggs and coat evenly. (Advance flavor and better coloring)
5. When the oil in the pot is just smoking, add the eggs. (Cover the pot when frying)
6. Shake the pot to heat it more evenly.
7. If the skin is tender and colored, take it out. If you want it to be burnt, fry it for a while.
