Materials
Main Ingredients: 300g pork ribs, cooked white sesame seeds, green onion, chili powder, Orleans wing seasoning
Supplementary Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 ? tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1. Soak the pork ribs in water for 2 hours or so, and change the water a few times in between.
2. Add a pinch of salt (about 3-4 grams), 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, one and a half tablespoons of soy sauce, and a moderate amount of New Orleans barbecue wing powder.
3. Scratch the seasonings well and refrigerate overnight. The longer it takes, the more flavorful it will be, at least 2 hours, and it's a good idea to turn the ribs a few times in between so that each piece is soaked in the sauce.
4. When it's time to bake the next day, line a baking sheet with tinfoil and lay out the ribs one by one.
5. Cover the tinfoil. Transfer to the middle of the oven and bake at about 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
6. Open the tinfoil, sprinkle with appropriate amount of white sesame seeds and chili powder, and return to the oven to bake for another 5 minutes.
7. Remove the baking sheet, pour out the juices, turn the ribs over, sprinkle some more white sesame seeds and chili powder, and bake again for 5 minutes.
8. Finally, sprinkle chopped green onion and send back to the oven to simmer for two or three minutes.
