2. Next, fully stir all seasonings with chopsticks in one direction, and continue to stir minced meat in the other direction. The stirred minced meat is very thick and particularly elastic, so that the meatballs made will be soft and elastic.

7. Add water instead of meatballs, add a few crystal sugar (or a spoonful of sugar) to taste, bring to a boil over high heat, and then turn down the heat and cook for about 10 minute.
8. Finally, pour water starch into it, stir well, and turn off the heat after collecting the soup. You can leave more soup. The soup is delicious and the bibimbap is delicious.
