1. 6 tablespoons of turmeric powder, 6 tablespoons of coriander seeds, 2 tablespoons of cumin, 2 tablespoons of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 8 small cloves, 2 star anise, 3 white cardamom grains, 1 small section of cinnamon, 1 small section of lemongrass, 5 dried chili peppers, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
