Ingredients
Original flavor:
15 grams of coconut oil, 15 grams of fine sugar, 70 grams of milk, 1-2 grams of sea salt, 15 grams of high-gluten flour, 60g tapioca starch, 5g cheese powder, 25g whole egg liquid, 15-20g grated cheese

Steps
1. Chop the cheese and set aside.
2. Put coconut oil, caster sugar, milk, and sea salt in a non-stick pan and cook over low heat until the sugar melts. No need to boil.
3. Add high-gluten flour, heat over low heat until thickened, and remove from heat.
4. Add tapioca starch and cheese powder and knead it into dough with your hands.
5. Add the egg liquid in batches and mix evenly with an electric egg beater.
