Main ingredients: 500g all-purpose flour.
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, 7g of salt, 15g of black sesame seeds, 240ml of water.
How to make fried steak fork
1. Add black sesame seeds, salt and water to the flour.
2. Use chopsticks to stir into snowflakes.
3. Knead into two pieces of harder dough and let them rise for 30 minutes.
4. Take a piece of dough and flatten it with your hands.
5. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a large dough about 1 mm thin.
6. Use a knife to cut into rectangular pieces.
