Acidic
Yangzhi Manlu refers to a Hong Kong-style dessert. The main ingredients are grapefruit, mango, sago, and coconut milk. The main cooking process is boiling. Mango and grapefruit are rich in vitamins and are a nutritious dessert.
Recipe for poplar nectar: ??Boil sago twice in boiling water. Boil it until half-cooked the first time (there is a small white spot in the middle of the rice grains) and remove from the cold water. Cook again until fully cooked. Sago tends to stick to the pan, so stir frequently during the process. Cut mango into pieces. Put part of it into a blender and mix with an appropriate amount of evaporated milk (if not available, you can use milk instead) and beat into mango puree, leaving part of the mango cubes aside. Cut the grapefruit in half and remove the grapefruit flesh. Spread a layer of sago on the bottom of the bowl, pour in the mango puree, add a layer of coconut milk (you can also use coconut milk if you don’t have coconut milk), sprinkle with mango and grapefruit pieces and you’re done.
