Method 1 of making rice noodles
1. Soak rice for more than 2 hours, take it out and put it in a blender
2. Add any kind of vegetables or fruits (cooked corn kernels I added) into the blender and stir it into a mud lake
3. Pour it into a milk pot, add a proper amount of water, stir it with a spoon while heating, and cook it into a sticky paste.
You can add sweet potatoes, pumpkins or carrots, vegetables, etc. according to your baby's taste and stir them together. Older babies can also add shrimp, etc. This homemade rice noodle is fresh and nutritious, and the method is simple.
Method 2 of making rice noodles
1. Grind three Jin of rice into powder, and it is best to add some calcium tablets to the rice and grind it into powder together, so that the baby will not be short of calcium.
2. Add a proper amount of cold water to the raw powder and stir it evenly
(Remember to start stirring the rice noodles when you pour them into a small pot, otherwise it will be easy to agglomerate until it becomes paste. Or cold boiled water is brewed first and then steamed in water, and it is constantly stirred when it is cooked and thickened. The method of steaming in water will not easily get angry. )
3. Add other foods appropriately to make a nutritious meal
Water can also be replaced by vegetable soup, such as carrot soup. When the baby has teeth, you can add minced meat, egg yolk, spinach, carrot pieces, etc. to the rice noodles, which can change the taste of the baby every day.
Method 3 of making rice noodles
1. Wash 5-6 grams of rice with water and soak it for one to two hours. Try to take a grain of rice, your nails can be pinched off, and you can grind the rice. Pour some water out, but leave some water. It will be much easier to grind. Grind rice into rice slurry. The rice grain becomes fine powder, so thick that it drips from the porcelain pestle.
2. Scoop out half the rice slurry and add three times the water. Put it in a pot and heat it in water. Keep stirring during the heating process.
3. When the rice paste is almost cooked and becomes mushy, you can add an egg yolk. After stirring constantly, cover the pot and stew for a while. Until the rice noodles and egg yolks are completely cooked. You can also add squeezed green vegetable juice or carrot juice.
4. Once ground rice slurry, the baby can divide it into two meals. Add water to the remaining half of the rice slurry. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a day.
5. The ratio of rice paste to water is directly related to the consistency or thinness of rice paste. After doing it once, you can hold it well.
