1. Make dough. Put 200 grams each of high-gluten flour and low-gluten flour into a basin, use less than half a bowl of 40-degree milk to dissolve the yeast powder, and add it to the dough. Add some melted butter, sugar, and salt, and add the remaining milk into the noodles little by little. Use chopsticks to knead the noodles until they become softer. Cover the pot and let it sit for 3-4 hours.
2. After the dough has risen, it will expand several times than the previous dough. Take out a small piece and roll it into a thin round cake about 0.5 cm thick. Use a fork to make some holes in it.
3. Stir-fry the tomato sauce and diced onions (you can add diced green peppers, diced mushrooms, chicken breasts, etc. according to your preference) in a wok to make pizza sauce. After cooling, spread it on the round cake, then cut the ham into thin slices and grate the mozzarella cheese with a grating tool, and put it in a dense layer.
4. Heat the electric baking pan for 30 seconds, pour a little oil, and use a brush to brush the oil evenly on the upper and lower plates. Then you can put the prepared cakes in, cover the lid, and bake for about 1 minute. Finally, open the lid of the pan and turn off the switch button above to prevent the cheese on the pan from being burnt. Depending on the heat of the pan, the button on the plate below sometimes has to be closed and then opened again to prevent the bottom of the pan from being burned.
