Accessories: 25g oatmeal, 200g poria cocos, 45g raisins, 1.25ml baking powder, 1.25ml baking soda powder, 30g eggs, 65g salad oil, 70g fine sugar and 30g brown sugar.
Exercise:
1. Pour the salad oil into a large bowl and add the eggs;
2. Pour in brown sugar and fine sugar;
3. Stir well, but don't bubble;
4. In another bowl, mix flour, raisins, oatmeal, poria powder, baking powder and baking soda powder evenly.
Pour that mixed pow into the liquid;
5. Stir evenly with a scraper to form a moist batter;
6. Put some dry powder on your hand, knead the batter into multiple spheres, and then flatten it;
7. Put the oven on the middle floor and turn it on and off 170 degrees, about 18 minutes.
