1. Fried red dates. Ingredients: red dates. Wash the red dates, drain them and set aside. Pour the red dates into the wok and keep the pot free of oil and water. Fry the red dates dry over medium heat. Turn to low heat and stir-fry continuously. When the skin of the red dates is slightly charred, take it out and let it cool. Store fried red dates in a clean, airtight jar in a cool, dry place. When drinking, take 3 fried red dates, brew them with boiling water, cover the cup and simmer for a few minutes before drinking. 2. Apple and red date soup. Ingredients: red dates, apples, ginger brown sugar. Wash the red dates and remove the core. Wash the apples with light salt water, remove the core, and cut into small pieces for later use. Pour the red dates and apples into the casserole, add enough water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cover the pot, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add ginger brown sugar and cook until melted then turn off the heat. Use ginger brown sugar instead of ginger, it will not be too spicy and you will not worry about getting angry. 3. Dates and walnuts. Ingredients: red dates, walnuts, raisins, sesame seeds, brown sugar. After washing the red dates, use scissors to cut the middle of the red dates. Do not cut the red dates, just remove the red date core. Fry the walnut kernels until cooked and break them lengthwise. Wash and dry the raisins. Pour the brown sugar into a clean, oil-free pot and cook over medium heat until big bubbles appear.
