300g of lasagna crust, 100g of shrimp, 60g of fish fillets, 60g of flower rings, 60g of salad dressing, 2 egg yolks, a pinch of white pepper, a pinch of Basil, 1/2 tsp of salt
How to make it

1. Flatten the lasagna crust and press out 12 slices with a small round model, then take 6 slices and press them in the middle with a smaller model, cutting out the middle part of the crust to make it thicker to become a tire shape.
2. Brush the pie crust with egg yolk mixture, cover with the tire-shaped pie crust, and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
3. Brush the top with egg yolk mixture again and bake in the oven at 200/200℃ for about 20 minutes.
4. Blanch the seafood ingredients in boiling water until cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool, then mix in the salsa, yogurt, salt, white pepper, and basil, and place in the center of the baked pie crust.
