Pig's trotter jelly practice
1. Pig's trotters cut in half, remove the hair and wash it

Steps
1. Cut the pig bone into large pieces, wash.
2. Add appropriate amount of water, a few slices of ginger boiled on high heat.
3. After boiling, pour out the water, wash the blood. Then put into the pressure cooker.

5. Add green onion, ginger, and seasoning. Add the wine.

11. Put the soup in the refrigerator.
12. Snap out and slice.
Tips
1. Spoon out the oil. This will make it lighter.
2. Be sure to boil it first to remove the oil on top.
