Ingredients
Three scales,
pure potato vermicelli,
water tofu,
onion, ginger and garlic ,
Soy sauce,
Pork belly,
Salt,
Sugar,
Vinegar,
Cilantro,
Panthoxylum bungeanum aniseed
Method
1. Soak the vermicelli in water and set aside. The fish is cleaned, scaled and gutted.
2. Heat oil in a pan, bring to a boil and fry the fish on both sides until golden brown. Pour vinegar and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, then add onion, ginger, garlic slices, soy sauce, sugar, salt, peppercorns, pork belly, minced water and fish. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.
3. Cut the water tofu into pieces and add it to the fish to stew together. When the fish is almost cooked, add vermicelli, simmer and then remove from the pan.
Tips
The vermicelli and tofu in this dish are the most delicious, absorbing the aroma of fish and meat.
