According to the Notice of Daqing Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Implementation Standard of Comprehensive Land Price for Land Expropriation Areas in Daqing, it is known that the relocation of rural areas includes Longfeng Town, Datong Town, Village 1, Village 2, Village 3 and Village 4 in Longfeng District, and construction started on May 1 2022. Daqing, also known as the oil city and the city of 100 lakes, is a prefecture-level city in Heilongjiang Province, located in the west of Heilongjiang Province and the north of Songliao Basin, and is the regional central city of Harbin-Changzhou urban agglomeration. 1979 the State Council approved the establishment of the city.
