How to mix tofu with scallions:
Ingredients:250g tofu (northern).
Accessories:1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 scallions, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
Steps:
1. Wash the tofu with water and peel the scallions.
2. Cut tofu into cubes.
3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the diced tofu in and cook for two minutes to remove the soy flavor.
4. Drain.
5. Chop small onions.
6. Drain the tofu cubes into a bowl, add the appropriate amount of chopped green onion, sesame oil, salt and soy sauce, mix well and serve.
