Materials
Acacia flowers, rice water and salt, dry flour, two cloves of garlic, two chili peppers.
Practice
step1: Pick the acacia flowers one by one. The ones that are half-opened are sweet enough, and the ones that are fully opened have a strong aroma. I think the half-open ones are cleaner.
step2: Soak the flowers in rice water and salt, and wash them under running water. Drain well.
step3: Mix with dry flour and salt. It is spread out and not sticky.
step4: Steam on the pot. At this point, chop two cloves of garlic and fry two chili peppers, pouring the chili oil into the garlic.
step5: Pour the steamed noodles onto a large plate, make shapes with your hands and cut into small pieces.
step6: Drizzle with the garlic and chili oil.
