Method to Make Soymilk Pudding ?
Soak soybeans in water overnight.
Put them in a soy milk machine and add appropriate amount of water.
Start the soy milk machine and make plain soy milk.
Add warm water and soak the custard powder.
After the soymilk is ready, pour 200g into a small pot, add milk and granulated sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves.
Put in the soaked custard and stir well.
Pour it into a cup and put it in the fridge until it solidifies.
Top with red grapefruit pulp.
