The clinical manifestations of acquired skin relaxation, such as skin relaxation, emphysema, multiple diverticula and cardiovascular changes, are basically similar to congenital skin relaxation. Its characteristic change is the late onset age, which usually occurs after youth or adulthood. There are some other skin diseases before the onset, such as eczema, urticaria, recurrent erythema multiforme, etc., and there are also reports of skin relaxation after penicillin allergic drug eruption. There are also differences in facial manifestations. The facial deformity of patients with congenital skin laxity is mainly hooked nose, while the nose appearance of patients with acquired skin laxity is mostly normal, generally without developmental defects such as sparse hair, sparse teeth and baby external genitalia. Family genetic history is also helpful for identification, and there is no family history of acquired skin relaxation.
