Boil water in a pot, add brown sugar to boil and melt into sugar water.
Beat the eggs into the flour and slowly add the brown sugar water to form a dough (sugar water should be added when mixing the flour until it is suitable, not all of it).
Roll the dough into a large thin dough with a rolling pin, buckle the round horn with a glass cup, or knead it directly by hand.
Put a proper amount of stuffing in the middle of the cowhide, and pinch it while collecting.
Heat the oil in the pot to the right temperature. First, put a horn in the pot to test the oil temperature. If the temperature is right, add more horns and fry until golden brown.
